This versatile praise overlay features sweeping, multicolor chiffon streamers of the symbolic hues, Red, Purple, Yellow, and Royal. The chiffon streamers attach to a covered elastic waistband, which stretches from 21" up to 37" to fit a wide variety of body types, shapes, and sizes.
